This privacy statement together with the site’s terms of use together constitute an agreement between the surfer and Kikar Hamusica, and therefore – it should be read along with the terms of use carefully before using the site.

1. Kikar Hamusica, developer and operator of the site, attaches great importance to preserving the privacy of the site’s surfers and users and does its best to protect it.
2. “Personal information” means any information by which the user can reasonably be identified and/or information protected under the Privacy Protection Law.
3. Providing any information by a surfer on the site is not mandatory and is not a precondition for browsing and using most of the site’s services, but providing certain details will be required to receive certain services, as defined from time to time by Kikar Hamusica, in order to protect Kikar Hamusica’s rights and enable the provision of these services as well as to join Kikar Hamusica’s customer club. If you do not wish to provide these details, do not use the aforementioned service.
4. Information about a surfer will appear on the site only with the surfer’s consent.
5. The information and personal data provided by the surfer on the site will be stored in a database owned by Kikar Hamusica named “Kikar Hamusica’s customer database” (“database”).

The surfer declares that providing the information by him as well as his consent to this privacy policy also constitutes consent to storing the information in the database. The surfer declares and confirms that all information he entered and/or collected about him on the site and did not request to remove is information he provided to Kikar Hamusica voluntarily and with his consent. There is no legal obligation for the surfer to provide the information and it depends on his free will and consent. If you have already provided us with information and want us to remove it from our records or correct it, please contact us by email at contact@hebrewmusicmuseum.com, ask us to delete or correct the information, and we will examine the request in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The use of the information collected and stored in the database will be made only in accordance with this privacy policy and/or the provisions of any law, and this for the following purposes:

Sending updates about what is happening at Kikar Hamusica (direct mailing);

Statistical analysis of customer preferences and service optimization;

Efficiency and sale of tickets;

The surfer is entitled to request to be deleted from the mailing list and/or from the database subject to the provisions of any law, by clicking on the “removal” link appearing in each of the mailings. In the event of a request to be deleted as mentioned, Kikar Hamusica will be entitled, according to its discretion, to cancel the surfer’s registration for the service among Kikar Hamusica’s services, including removing him from the customer club.

The personal information will not be transferred to any entity, but it or part of it will actually be held by external suppliers of the database owner to whom access to the database is granted for the technical and ongoing management of the database and the customer club. If Kikar Hamusica wishes to share the surfer’s information with any entity, in a way that exceeds what is stated above, it will contact the surfer beforehand and give him the opportunity to remove his information from the database, unless the surfer has already given his consent to such use beforehand.

6. Kikar Hamusica is not responsible for the rules and privacy policy of other sites whose links appear on the site. Surfers must check the rules and privacy policy of other sites themselves, and any information provided by surfers to those other sites is provided under their full and exclusive responsibility.
7. Kikar Hamusica offers a service of receiving mailings, updates and various contents by email or via SMS or via other communication means that you provided to Kikar Hamusica (mailing). Surfers interested in joining this service in order to receive information, updates or various advertisements from Kikar Hamusica, will be able to provide identifying details (first name, last name and email) and express their consent via a registration form. A surfer will be able to revoke his consent at any time and stop receiving the updates by contacting the address contact@hebrewmusicmuseum.com.
8. According to the Privacy Protection Law, every person is entitled to view the information about him held in a database. A person who viewed the information about him and found that it is not complete, clear or updated, may contact the database owner with a request to correct the information or delete it. Such a request can be addressed to Kikar Hamusica at the address contact@hebrewmusicmuseum.com.
9. For internal purposes only, we collect date, time, browser type, operating system type, IP address of site visitors, address of the visited page and address of the referring page. This information is kept for system management purposes, load balancing on the site server, to produce statistical reports and to identify user details in cases of life-threatening situations. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable details on Kikar Hamusica’s servers.
10. The default setting of most browsers allows receiving Cookies. You can reconfigure your browser to refuse to receive Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is sent to your computer. To your attention: some of the site’s applications will not work properly on a computer blocked from receiving Cookies, and Kikar Hamusica will not bear any responsibility in this regard. 6. To your knowledge – Kikar Hamusica may work with third parties responsible for some of the advertisements on the site. It is possible that Cookies will be sent to you from time to time by Kikar Hamusica’s advertisers. Kikar Hamusica does not control these Cookies. Sending Cookies by third parties is also standard in the Internet industry, and Kikar Hamusica will not bear any responsibility for sending Cookies by its advertisers and/or by third parties.
7. The site offers the possibility of making online purchases, where for the purchase it is necessary to provide contact details and credit card data. The clearing services are performed by the credit card clearing company and everything related to it is under its sole responsibility.
